To add-up to Kingdom of Bahrain's economic development, by providing qualified Engineering Technicians with professional practical skills, supported by extensive theoretical knowledge, to engage them efficiently in the industrial sectors in GCC region and abroad.

Objectives:
1. To develop educational programs that will be able to produce competent graduates academically and professionally.
2. To provide broad education that fosters community and global responsibility.
3. To maintain an active diploma engineering programs in which graduates are trained in cutting edge applied engineering environments.
4. To provide diploma graduates with capability to develop new ideas in their related fields and to adopt innovations in their fields.
