President's Message

Welcome to the first newsletter of the 2018-19 academic year. It gives me a chance to introduce all our new students and staff to what we have already achieved in the first few weeks of the first semester of academic year 2018-19.

 

UOB Hosts 2018 General Elections

 

As the 13th voting public center, the University of Bahrain (UOB) hosted 2018 general elections on Saturday 24th November 2018. The University opened its doors from 8 am till 8 pm for voters from all around the Kingdom.

 
 
 

UOB Breaks Record for Research

With still one month left of 2018 UOB has achieved its highest number of research papers recorded annually on SCOPUS which is the international register for research papers.
