The Deanship of Scientific Research's mission is to
promote the generation of knowledge, and the advancement of research
at the University of Bahrain.
This is achieved by supporting faculty staff from all disciplines to
conduct research, publish their books, register patents, and carry
out scientific visits to well known research institutions and
universities, through the provision of grants and financial support.
In addition, the Deanship represents the University in coordinating,
and conducting contractual research, studies, and projects, in
collaboration with the various academic departments at the
University, for governmental, industrial, and private sectors in
Bahrain and abroad.
Furthermore, the Deanship participates in the dissemination of
knowledge and expertise to the society at large through relevant
workshops, short courses and seminars. |
