This would allow students to enjoy a comfortable university life, enabling them to focus their efforts on study and research, and ultimately produce outstanding scientific work.

The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research organized the orientation day program for new postgraduate students in collaboration with the University’s colleges. The event was attended by Vice-Presidents, Deans, Department Heads, faculty members, and postgraduate students.

The Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Athraa Sayed Abbas Almosawi, affirmed that postgraduate programs are among the most important tributaries of scientific research. Therefore, the University is keen to enhance postgraduate studies and develop their curricula to align with labor market needs, striving to increase the competence and distinction of its graduates.

She stressed the importance of this phase, stating: “The study period is an investment in oneself, through focusing on the fields of research and scientific publication, benefiting from the diversity of opinions in the classroom, exchanging experiences among colleagues, and developing skills.”

Students were introduced to the activities of the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, study regulations and requirements, in addition to the various services provided by the University.
