General Director of Administrative Services

The General Director of Administrative Services Office Seeks to develop an integrated and effective infrastructure for Information Technology and Digital Education at the University through the adoption of advanced methodologies, programs, systems, and technologies, while attracting and developing qualified personnel committed to continuous professional improvement and support of the University’s mission. This includes the development of innovative solutions in the fields of informatics, management, and human resources to build a strategically oriented workforce capable of delivering high-quality administrative and operational services in areas related to infrastructure and public services, security and safety requirements, asset and inventory management, and procurement processes in alignment with strategic objectives, thereby fostering a successful and sustainable educational environment.

• Oversee the strategic planning of administrative services and ensure that the operational plans of affiliated Directorates are fully aligned with the University’s strategic objectives.
• Provide administrative and organizational supervision by monitoring Directorates’ compliance with internal policies and regulations and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of support services and operational processes.
• Supervise the preparation of budgets and operational plans for affiliated Directorates and review their resource requirements.
• Enhance integration among the Directorate of Human Resources, the Directorate of Information Technology and Digital Education, and the Directorate of Educational Facilities, while efficiently addressing shared challenges.
• Chair committees established by the University President and ensure the achievement of optimal outcomes in line with the University’s strategic plans and objectives.
• Manage institutional communication and coordination by representing the office before senior management and liaising with various University Directorates to meet their support service needs.
• Effective communication with relevant external governmental and non-governmental entities.
