Career Development Speaker’s Workshop on CRM for Administrative & Technical Students

Injaz Bahrain’s Program Coordination Committee, in cooperation with the Department of Administrative and Technical Programs at the College of Applied Studies, organized a workshop on “Customer Relationship Management”, in collaboration with Injaz Bahrain. The workshop featured Maryam Ahmed, from the Economic Development Board, who shared her experience and expertise in operations management, procurement, and customer relations, and reviewed the foundations and importance of building strong relationships with business partners. During the workshop, students discussed their training experience in customer relationship management in different business sectors.
