Education Minister, Saudi Counterpart visit University of Bahrain

Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Bahrain (UOB), and Yousef bin Abdullah Al Benyan, Minister of Education of Saudi Arabia, visited the University of Bahrain campus.

 

The visit was attended by Naif bin Bandar Al Sudairi, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Bahrain; Dr. Saad bin Saud Al Fuhaid, President of the Arabian Gulf University (AGU); and Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al Ansari, President of UOB.

 

Minister Al Benyan was briefed on the university’s colleges and the range of academic programmes it offers across various disciplines, as well as upcoming programmes under consideration to align with emerging global specialisations.

 

Dr. Juma highlighted the strong academic, research, and scientific ties between universities in both countries and emphasised the importance of joint scientific initiatives.
