“Company Law” a New Publication by UOB on Commercial Law

The University of Bahrain has recently published a new legal book titled Company Law. The book presents an analytical study of the provisions governing commercial companies under Bahraini legislation, considering the latest developments in jurisprudence and judiciary.

 

The publication, written in English by Dr. Samer Mohammad Al-Zou’bi and Dr. Manal Mohammed Al-Sayed, both assistant professors in the Private Law Department at the UOB’s College of Law, is regarded as a valuable addition to the legal library. It serves as an authoritative academic and scientific reference in the field of commercial law. Currently taught to third-year students at the College of Law, the book is designed to provide researchers, scholars, and legal practitioners with a comprehensive resource that bridges theory and practice. It also includes practical examples to support the interpretation of legal texts and connect them to real-world applications.
