University of Bahrain and Shura Council Sign Cooperation Agreement
The University of Bahrain and the Shura Council have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance collaboration in education, research, and policymaking, in 2021 and runs for a period of 2 years renewed by default.
The agreement provides a framework for University faculty to contribute their expertise to conferences, workshops, studies, and research initiatives organized by the Shura Council, supporting the Council’s legislative and research work.
Under partnership, students will have opportunities to observe Council sessions, attend seminars, and participate in practical training programs. The University will also provide the Council with relevant academic research, studies, and digital resources, while outstanding graduates may be recommended for internships or employment opportunities.
The signing of this MoU reflects the commitment of both institutions to fostering closer collaboration between academia and legislative practice, promoting knowledge exchange, and strengthening the role of University faculty in national policy initiatives.
