Dr. Marwan AlModers Delivers Workshop on Constitutional Analysis

In 2023, Dr. Marwan Mohammed AlModers, Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Bahrain, delivered a workshop titled “Skills for Identifying Constitutional Defects in Legal Texts” to the Shura Council in collaboration with the Judicial and Legal Studies Institute.

The workshop was designed for professionals and advisors and focused on enhancing participants’ ability to analyze legal texts from a constitutional perspective. Through practical exercises and expert guidance, attendees developed skills to identify potential constitutional issues within legislation and other legal documents.

This initiative reflects the University of Bahrain’s commitment to supporting professional development in the legal field and contributing academic expertise to the Kingdom’s judicial and legislative institutions.
