As Part of Student Psychological Ddevelopment Programs University of Bahrain Holds Lecture on Cultivating Self-Confidence

The Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Bahrain organized a lecture titled “My Self-Confidence: How Do I Build It?” as part of the university student psychological development programs, aimed at enhancing their life skills and supporting their psychological and social well-being.

The lecture was delivered by Dr. Susan Mohammed Arafa, Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Studies at the Bahrain Teachers College. She discussed the concept of self-confidence and ways to enhance it, presenting practical skills such as identifying personal strengths, reframing negative thinking, effective communication, and preparing in advance for tasks, emphasizing that building self-confidence is an ongoing process that helps students face university challenges with confidence and awareness.
