University of Bahrain Celebrates Bahraini Women’s Day

The University of Bahrain celebrated Bahraini Women’s Day on Monday, 1 December 2025, in conjunction with the Kingdom’s nationwide celebrations of this annual occasion held at the beginning of December each year.

The Supreme Council for Women launched the official slogan for the 2025–2026 celebrations: “Bahraini Women: Excellence – Creativity – Innovation,” reflecting the journey of renewal, development, and leadership forged by Bahraini women across various paths of national service and sustainable development.

During his participation in the University of Bahrain’s celebration of Bahraini Women’s Day, the President of the University, Dr. Fouad Mohammed Al-Ansari, emphasized the importance of honoring Bahraini women in recognition of their continuous efforts and contributions across diverse fields. He expressed the university’s pride in hosting an outstanding group of Bahraini women who excel within both the academic and administrative cadres.

On this occasion, the university organized a celebratory event under the slogan “On Bahraini Women’s Day: A Creative Partnership… Distinguished Achievements… and a Lasting Impact.” The event witnessed wide participation from female academic and administrative staff, in addition to female students.
