UOB Employs Artificial Intelligence to Achieve Academic Excellence

University of Bahrain staff – both academics and administrators – participated in an interactive workshop titled “Artificial Intelligence in Education: Practical Tools and Designing Effective Prompts,” on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.

The workshop aimed to leverage artificial intelligence to achieve academic excellence and to bridge the gap between theoretical developments in AI and their practical applications within academic institutions.

Organized by the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership (UTEL), the session was led by Dr. Raed Ebrahim Al-Jowder, Assistant Professor in the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Bahrain’s College of Engineering.
