UOB Empowers Staff with Smart Strategies to Manage Work Pressure

Staff at the University of Bahrain participated in a workshop titled “Time Management Under Work Pressure,” on Wednesday (February 4, 2026). The event was organized by the university’s Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership (UTEL).

The workshop aimed to redesign the workday with intelligence and flexibility, providing participants with practical activities and tools to help organize priorities. During the interactive session, attendees learned applicable, realistic methods for handling work pressure and reducing daily distractions.

The workshop was led by Dr. Reem Abbas Sultan, Assistant Professor in the Architecture and Interior Design Department at the College of Engineering, University of Bahrain.
