University of Bahrain Staff Attend Effective Time Management Workshop

The Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership at the University of Bahrain organized a workshop titled: “Effective Time Management and Handling Work Pressure.” The workshop was attended by university staff, both academic and administrative on Thursday (January 15, 2025).

Participants were introduced to a range of theoretical concepts and practical activities related to efficient time management and dealing with work pressures. This included approaches such as proper planning, organizing the work environment, setting priorities, and wisely planning time to mitigate the consequences of procrastination and manage crises.

The workshop was conducted by Dr. Osama Mahdi Al-Mahdi, Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Studies at the University’s Mohammed Jaber Al Ansari College for Teachers.
