University of Bahrain and University of Cyprus Sign MoU to Enhance Academic and Research Cooperation

The University of Bahrain has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Cyprus, on Monday (27th April 2026) as part of its efforts to expand international partnerships and strengthen collaboration in higher education and scientific research.

The MoU was signed remotely by Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al-Ansari, President of the University of Bahrain, and Professor Tasos Christofides, Rector of the University of Cyprus, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Andreas Eliades, Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the Kingdom of Bahrain, along with a number of officials from both universities.

The MoU aims to enhance academic and research cooperation between the two sides through the exchange of expertise and the development of joint initiatives and programs, contributing to the advancement of education quality and scientific research.
