University of Bahrain Trains Staff in Smart Conflict Resolution

A group of academic and administrative staff at the University of Bahrain participated in an interactive workshop on Sunday, 21 December 2025, titled “Smart Conflict Resolution: Towards a Harmonious Work Environment.”

The workshop aimed to equip participants with effective negotiation skills and conflict management techniques suited to modern workplaces, offering practical tools to handle challenging situations effectively, enhance relationship quality, and increase productivity.

The session examined ways to manage workplace disagreements. Dr. Hana Saeed Bawazir, Assistant Professor at the University of Bahrain’s College of Business Administration, outlined smart approaches to conflict resolution and strategies for dealing with scenarios that can lead to disputes, all with the goal of promoting a healthy and balanced work environment.
