University of Bahrain Enhances Communication through “Self-Discovery and Deeper Relationships”

The University of Bahrain hosted an interactive workshop for its academic and administrative staff on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Titled “Discover Yourself and Deepen Your Relationships,” the session was designed to help participants better understand their team members’ personalities, needs, and reactions.

Held in a supportive and judgment-free environment, the workshop aimed to strengthen understanding and foster more effective communication among team members.

The event was organized by the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership (UTEL) and led by Eman Ali Sahwan, Founder of Manarti for Education, Training, and Development.
