The College of Health & Sport Sciences at the University of Bahrain is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Professional Certificate in Diagnostic Ultrasonography. This program is designed to equip healthcare professionals with comprehensive training that integrates theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical practice in an advanced educational environment.
The program spans five months (20 weeks) at 20 hours per week, delivered entirely in English, with a total of 440 accredited hours covering theory, laboratory, and practical training — at a competitive tuition fee of BHD 2,000 .

- In-depth theoretical lectures and academic study

The program is open to healthcare professionals who meet the following criteria:

Radiologic Technology: Associate diploma as a minimum qualification.

Nursing: Bachelor of Nursing or a Higher Diploma in Midwifery.

Medicine: Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS).

General Requirements (all disciplines):
- Cumulative GPA of no less than 2.0 out of 4.0.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience in a related healthcare field.
- Valid professional license from: NHRA, SCFHS, or OMSB.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Documentation of immunization against infectious diseases.
