University of Bahrain Introduces Staff to Innovative Approaches for Enhancing Creativity and Increasing Workplace Productivity

University of Bahrain staff members were introduced on Thursday, 4 December 2025, to effective skills and techniques in brainstorming processes during an interactive workshop organized by the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership entitled “The Art of Brainstorming for Problem Solving and Generating Creative Ideas in the University Work Environment.”

 The workshop was delivered by Dr.Mesfer Mubarak Al-Muhanadi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and Finance at the College of Business Administration, University of Bahrain.  He highlighted creative thinking methodologies based on integrated cognitive roles that support innovation, improve idea quality, and contribute to increased workplace productivity.
