Students case request

Submit a request to review the cases of dismissed students for possible reinstatement.

  • Conditions

    • The student must have been dismissed from the University from a bachelor’s or diploma programme.
    • The student must have a GPA 1.67 or above.
    • Students dismissed from the College of Applied Studies must have a GPA of 1.33 or above.
    • The student must have exceeded the maximum study duration.
    • The student must have permanently withdrawn without warning for three to four semesters.
    • The student must have permanently withdrawn with a warning.
    • The student may not submit the request more than twice as a maximum.
  • Required Document

    1. Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the Ministry of Interior for students dismissed for more than two years.
    2. Student’s letter.
    3. Medical report, if available
    4. Physical fitness certificate for students dismissed from the Physical Education major for more than two years.

    2. Select (My Request)
    3. Select (Student Case Study and Exit Diploma).
    4. Filling in all required information.
    5. Upload the required papers and documents.
    6. Pay the service fee to complete the request.
  • Fees

    • 30 BD.

    • 180 working days.
