University of Bahrain Enhances Its Role in National Talent Development with 58 Training Programs
The University of Bahrain continues to strengthen its role in supporting lifelong learning and developing national talent, with its Continuing Education and Community Development Department organizing 58 training programs during the 2025/2026 academic year. These programs benefited more than 840 participants from a wide range of institutions and sectors.
The department delivered specialized training programs designed to meet evolving professional needs, enhance participants’ competencies, and build their capabilities in line with workplace demands and institutional development.
The programs covered a diverse array of topics, including leadership empowerment, effective leadership strategies, developing leaders in the digital age, creative leadership, professional project management, innovation in the workplace, communication skills, and time and priority management. Also included were the educational apprenticeship program for teachers in both public and private schools, as well as computer and IT application courses.
The department also strengthened its collaboration with 17 entities from various government and private sectors, enabling the delivery of specialized programs that address institutional needs and support human resource development and national capacity building.
These efforts reflect the University of Bahrain’s commitment to providing continuous training and development opportunities, enhancing the readiness of national talent, and expanding cooperation with institutions to meet labor market needs and support human development in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
