Dr. Al-Ansari Inaugurates Careers Day 22 at University of Bahrain 37 Participating Organizations from the Public and Private Sectors

The President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al-Ansari, inaugurated Careers Day 22 in Hall S18 at the university’s Sakhir campus. The fair was held on Wednesday and Thursday, 7-8 October 2026, and brought together 37 companies and institutions from the public and private sectors, including ministries and government entities and, for the first time, a select group of startups founded by outstanding entrepreneurs who are graduates of the university.

The President toured the exhibitors’ booths, viewing the services offered by the participating organizations and the training and job opportunities they provide.

Careers Day aims to connect students with the job market and introduce them to available employment and training opportunities and to the experiences of entrepreneurs, helping prepare them for the transition from university to professional life.

Dr. Al-Ansari concluded his tour by launching the Symplicity CSM career services management platform, which brings students, graduates, and employers together on a single digital platform to strengthen professional networking.

The event drew a large turnout of university students and graduates, along with a number of school students. They came to explore training and job opportunities, meet representatives of the participating organizations, submit their CVs, and learn about the professional skills the job market demands, helping them shape their professional futures with awareness and confidence.
