Submission for Study Application Period
Date: 10 – 20 July 2025 (Undergraduate Programs & External Transfer from other University to UOB )
Date: 17 March until 14 August (Postgraduate Studies)
Applicants must complete and submit their application through the official University of Bahrain e-Admission channels within this timeframe.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Admission Results Announcement
Date: First Week of August, 2025
Admission results will be announced on this date through the Student Information System (SIS) of the University of Bahrain and IGA Bahrain.bh.
Admission Confirmation & Admission Confirmation Fees Payment.
Date: Second Week of August 2025
ONLINE though Student Information System SIS website (sis.uob.edu.bh) ONLY.
Change of Preferences
Date: Second Week of August 2025
Allowed after confirming admission and paying fees.
English Language Placement Exam
Date: 02-03 September 2025
Test date and time will be sent via SMS & Email.
