An Academic at the University of Bahrain Attains a Prestigious British Fellowship
Dr. Amal Mohammed Al-Rayes, Director of the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership at the University of Bahrain and Assistant Professor at the College of Information Technology, has achieved a distinguished academic milestone by being awarded the Principal Fellowship (PFHEA) by the UK-based organization Advance HE, becoming the only academic at the University of Bahrain to hold this prestigious fellowship.
This fellowship represents the highest level of professional recognition for higher education faculty worldwide. It is awarded in acknowledgment of outstanding achievements in teaching, learning support, and academic leadership, in accordance with the Professional Standards Framework for Teaching and Supporting Learning in Higher Education.
