Help Desk Tickets
for Students

  1. Browse to : https://make.powerapps.com/
  2. Use your UOB account
  3. Navigate to (Apps) in the left menu
  4. Click on (Help Desk Tickets) to launch the application
  5. Login to the app. by selecting the language and using your UOB account (if it asked) as shown below in figure (1-A) & figure (1-B)

For student click on (Login as a Help Desk User) then follow the next steps

  1. Click on (cross) icon in the top right side to add new ticket as shown in figure (2)

2.  Fill-in the form as shown in figure (3)

  1. Title: give a title for your problem
  2. Category: select the appropriate category for ticket
  3. Priority: Normal, Medium, Urgent or Critical
  4. Description: problem’s detail

  1. You can edit or open chat with the counselor regarding your ticket as shown in figure (5) and figure (6)

For Admin and Supervisor follow the following steps

  1. Login to the app. by click on (Login to Help Desk as Admin/Counselor) as show in figure (1)
  2. If you are Admin you can see all tickets as shown in figure (7)
  3. If you are Counselor you can see only assigned tickets to you as shown in figure (8)
