Ombudsman Honors Law Students at the University of Bahrain

Ghada Hameed Habib, Secretary General of the Ombudsman, honored students from the College of Law at the University of Bahrain on Sunday, May 18, 2025, following their successful completion of the theoretical and practical training program at the Ombudsman. The program was conducted as part of the Human Rights Legal Clinic course.

Spanning three months, from March to May, the training offered students in-depth exposure to the Ombudsman’s tasks, including investigation procedures and the its role in promoting human rights, especially in law enforcement practices and the treatment of inmates, pretrial detainees, and detainees.
