Course Schedule Service for New Students

This service allows new students to view their assigned course schedule, including the approved course sections according to their study plan, as well as lecture and exam times. The service aims to help new students start their academic journey smoothly and ensure their preparedness and adherence to academic schedules from the first day of classes.

  • Conditions

    • The student must be a new enrollee and accepted for their first semester at the university.
    • The student must have completed the admission confirmation procedures and paid the required fees.
    • The student must have fulfilled the admission requirements for the program, which may include passing a personal interview and/or tests.

  • Governing Laws and Regulations

    • Article (17) of the study and examination regulations at the University of Bahrain

    1. The student can view their class schedule through their electronic account in the Student Information System (SIS), either via the schedule screen or by printing the class schedule report.
  • Processing Time

    • After completing the admission confirmation procedures and before the start of classes.
