Issuance of official letters, transcripts and certificates – Certificates Request

The system allows students to apply for the certificate only if their enrollment status in their most recent semester is “Graduated.”

    1. Log in to the national portal Bahrain.bh Search for “University of Bahrain Services”.
    2. Select the service “Issuance of official letters/ statements, transcripts and certificates – Certificates Request.” Then choose the type of graduation certificate you wish to apply for, either the printed certificate or the electronic certificate.
    3. Fill in the required data and complete the procedures until the request is complete.
    4. To track your request, go to the Inquiry about the “Issuance Request Status Enquiry”.
