Request for Issuance of Official Statements, Transcripts, and Certificates – Request for Enrollment Statements

Submitting a request to obtain official statements issued by the University of Bahrain, such as statements for: Registered Student, Enrolled Student, Expected to Graduate, Non-Enrolled Student, Non-Registered, One-Semester Withdrawal, Permanent Withdrawal, and Admission statement, through the university website and the National Portal.

    1. Access the eGovernment National Portal Bahrain.bh
    2. Search for “University of Bahrain Services”.
    3. Select the request for “Issuance of Official Statements, Transcripts, and Certificates” service.
    4. Choose the required document type – Enrollment Statement.
    5. Fill in the required information and complete the procedures until the request is submitted.
    6. To track your request status, go to the “Inquiry about the Status of a Issuance Request Status” for statements, transcripts, and certificates.
