Request to Issue a Statement

  • The service of submitting a request to issue a statement stating the type of student enrollment at the University via the student information management system.
  • Types of statements: graduation, completion of graduation requirements, expected to graduate, registered, registered with the period of final exams, enrolled with a mention of the duration of the academic program and the number of hours completed and remaining, temporary postponement of study, final withdrawal, dismissal from study at the University.

    1. Submit the request via the Student Information System.
    2. Follow-up the status/stages of the request until the SMS message is received with the readiness of the request.
    3. Download the electronic version through the Student Information System or collect the paper version from the Registration Department.
