Service for submitting an electronic request to cancel a transfer

This service is provided to students after transfer results are announced, allowing them to cancel the transfer process and remain in their previous program electronically through the SIS system. This applies to all types of transfers (from one college to another, from one program to another within the same college, and from an associate diploma or associate degree program to a bachelor’s program).

  • eService

    1. Log in to the Student Information System (sis.uob.edu.bh).
    2. Access the transfer screen (TRANSFER).
    3. Click the “Cancel” button.
    4. Receive the OTP verification code to confirm the request, and the request will be processed automatically.
