“Safe Homeland”.. Lecture at University of Bahrain Promotes Psychological Reassurance and National Belonging
The University of Bahrain organized an online social lecture titled “Safe Homeland,” aimed at enhancing students’ psychological reassurance, reinforcing the values of belonging and national identity, and strengthening their role in supporting community stability. The lecture sought to raise awareness about the importance of psychological balance and social responsibility in addressing various challenges.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Mooza Isa Al-Doy and addressed several topics related to psychological and social stability, including psychological reassurance during crises, managing fear and anxiety, the relationship between psychological stability and national security, national identity and genuine belonging, the role of youth in spreading reassurance and strengthening social cohesion, as well as the impact of media on shaping awareness and emotions.
This lecture comes as part of the programmes and activities organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University of Bahrain, which aim to support students psychologically and socially, while promoting national values and community awareness to help develop balanced university students capable of making positive contributions to society.
