University of Bahrain Contributes to the Development of Bahrain’s National Industrial Property Strategy

The University of Bahrain has been entrusted with a key role in advancing Bahrain’s national efforts in the field of intellectual property. As of 2023, Dr. Hanan Mohamed Almawla, Associate Professor of Intellectual Property Law, was appointed as the University’s contact person to collaborate on the National Industrial Property Strategy of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The initiative, implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC), aims to strengthen Bahrain’s intellectual property framework and promote innovation and industrial development.

Through this participation, the University of Bahrain reaffirms its commitment to supporting national initiatives that enhance research, innovation, and the effective protection of intellectual property rights in the Kingdom.
