University of Bahrain Graduates New Cohort of “Educational Professional Qualification” Program for Private Schools

The University of Bahrain recently graduated a new cohort of participants from the Educational Professional Qualification Program for private school teachers, organized by the Community Service and Continuing Education Center in collaboration with Mohammed Jaber Al-Ansari College for Teachers at the university.

The program, which ran from May 4 to June 11, included 128 male and female teachers from various private schools across the Kingdom of Bahrain. Participants were divided into four training groups—two in Arabic and two in English—as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to support the professional development of educators and enhance the capabilities of private school teachers in the Kingdom.

The program comprised 60 training hours covering specialized instructional modules in classroom management, educational psychology, modern teaching strategies, educational assessment and evaluation, and contemporary skills for teachers. It was delivered by a select group of academics and education specialists from the Mohammed Jaber Al-Ansari College for Teachers at the University of Bahrain.

The total number of recipients of the Educational certificate during the 2025–2026 academic year, across both the Arabic and English tracks, reached 614 male and female teachers from various private schools across the Kingdom.

On that note, the university is currently working on further developing the program through a committee composed of several faculty members from the college, in preparation for announcing the intake of new cohorts in the upcoming academic year—continuing the University of Bahrain’s role in developing educational human resources and supporting the education sector.
