University of Bahrain Highlights Keys to Successful Learning in Online Workshop

The University of Bahrain held an online workshop on Thursday, April 2, 2026, titled “Making Learning Happen Online,” focusing on the key factors that support effective learning.

The workshop explored the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), focusing on three core areas: engagement, representation, and action and expression. It also highlighted seven key factors explaining how students learn, along with various learning models, and included discussions on student feedback and practical case studies.

The session was delivered by Dr. Neesha Malik, faculty member at the Mohammed Jaber Al Ansari College for Teachers, as part of a series organized by the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership (UTEL) at the University of Bahrain.
