University of Bahrain Holds Guidance Lecture for Prospective Graduates

A large number of University of Bahrain students who are expected to graduate during the current academic year 2025/2026 attended the session, which took place on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, at the university’s Sakhir campus. The event was organized by the University’s Alumni Affairs Directorate, in collaboration with the Civil Service Bureau (CSB) and the Ministry of Labor.

The lecture covered key guidance that new graduates and job seekers need to be aware of, including: an overview of the services provided by the Alumni Affairs Directorate, job application procedures and links, the required supporting documents, how to update and follow up on job applications, as well as the latest developments and future initiatives of the Alumni Affairs Directorate.

The session featured Abdulla Fareed Buqais, Project Leader at Recruitment and Transfer Directorate at the Civil Service Bureau; Musa Mansoor Al-Moallem, Senior Employment Services Specialist at the Ministry of Labor; and Mahmood Ali Al-Haiki, Director of the Alumni Affairs Directorate at the University of Bahrain.

This lecture is part of a series of initiatives the Alumni Affairs Directorate plans to hold over the next few months, as part of its strategy to guide and support University of Bahrain graduates, acquaint them with the labor market, prepare and train them before they enter it, and ultimately enhance their employment prospects.
