University of Bahrain Hosts Two Algerian Students for Doctoral Research Training

The College of Science at the University of Bahrain hosted two Algerian students, Ghazlane Boudjene Sempoulai and Lina Adaida , from Abou Bekr Belkaid University, for a two-month practical training period.

This training was part of the requirements for completing their Ph.D. theses in Chemistry. The students conducted the practical component of their dissertations in the laboratories of the Chemistry Department, under the supervision of Prof. Ayman Helmy Kamel a faculty member in the department.

The training commenced on October 1, 2024, and concluded on December 10, 2024, providing the students with the opportunity to benefit from the advanced facilities available in the university’s labs.

This collaboration serves to strengthen academic partnerships between the University of Bahrain and educational institutions in the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.
