University of Bahrain Law Students Reach the Quarterfinals of the 10th Arab Moot Court Competition
The student delegation from the College of Law at the University of Bahrain qualified for the quarterfinal round of the 10th Arab Moot Court Competition, held in the State of Kuwait and hosted by the Kuwait International Law School from 4 to 6 March 2024, with the participation of several Arab universities.
The University of Bahrain team included Rana Emad Yousef Zaki, Zahra Mohammed Al-Aribi, Mohammed Jabbalah Hassan, and Noora Ghanem Al-Saeed. The students competed in intensive legal rounds that demonstrated advanced skills in legal research, written submissions, and oral advocacy.
The team participated under the supervision of Dr. Maryam Khalid Buqahous, Assistant Professor of Public International Law, and Ms. Farah Khalil Abdullah, Teaching Assistant in Public International Law, whose academic guidance and training contributed significantly to the team’s performance and achievement.
This qualification reflects the strong academic preparation of the College of Law students at the University of Bahrain and their ability to represent the University with distinction in regional legal and academic competitions.
