University of Bahrain Pharmacy Students Place Third in Clinical Skills Competition at SIPHA 2026

Students from the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy program at the College of Health and Sports Sciences at the University of Bahrain won third place in the Clinical Skills Competition, competing against 26 universities from various countries. The competition was part of the 8th Saudi International Pharmaceutical Conference & Workshop (SIPHA 2026), held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from April 30 to May 3, 2026.

The team consisted of students Sara Younes, Malak Al-Baqali, and Sayed Mohammed Redha, supervised by Abrar Husaini, a teaching and research assistant at the college. The competition involved several rounds designed to assess clinical competencies, communication skills, analytical thinking, and clinical decision-making.

This conference is one of the leading scientific events in the field of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.
