University of Bahrain President Meets with Student Advisory Committee to Follow Up on Educational Process

President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Fuad Mohammed Al-Ansari, held a meeting with members of the Student Advisory Committee for Undergraduate Students at the University of Bahrain, attended by the University’s Vice Presidents and a number of university officials.

The meeting, which was held remotely due to the current circumstances the kingdom is experiencing, aimed to listen directly to students, respond to their inquiries regarding the educational process, and discuss the most prominent challenges they face during the period of distance learning.

During the meeting, the following topics were reviewed:

Performance assessment arrangements in light of current circumstances.

Practical training challenges in certain specializations.

Quality of the distance learning experience and facilities provided.

Student psychological and social support initiatives.

Concluding the meeting, the University President emphasized the importance of maintaining direct coordination with the advisory committee through dedicated communication channels, particularly the instant messaging group, in order to resolve any problem or respond to any inquiry from students. He also extended his greetings on the approaching Eid Al-Fitr holiday, wishing everyone continued success.
