University of Bahrain Trains Government Staff in Professional Presentation Skills
Employees from the Ministry of Interior and Customs Affairs learned about the importance and effective role of presentations in conveying ideas and information, during a training course organized by the University of Bahrain (UOB) titled “Presentation and Delivery Skills.” The course was arranged by the University’s Community Service and Continuing Education Center on Monday (February 9, 2026).
Participants gained the ability to prepare well-structured presentation content tailored to achieve specific objectives, and to use visual presentation techniques to engage audiences. The course also equipped them to speak before an audience with confidence and clarity by developing key skills such as building rapport with listeners and handling questions and comments professionally.
The three-day course covered several core themes, including: presentation and delivery skills, planning for presentations, and managing difficult situations during presentations.
The course was presented by Dr. Sara Abdulla Bader, Assistant Professor in the Department of English Language and Literature at the College of Arts, UOB.
