University of Bahrain’s College of Engineering Showcases 51 Graduation Projects and Honors Outstanding Students

The College of Engineering at the University of Bahrain showcased 51 graduation projects at its Graduation Projects Exhibition, covering the disciplines of Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Control and Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

The students’ projects presented practical, applicable solutions to real-world issues, reflecting the knowledge and skills they acquired throughout their academic journey.

The graduation projects focused on applied solutions and engineering innovation, including infrastructure design projects such as buildings, bridges, transportation, sustainability, and water management, as well as the enhancement of industrial processes using simulation, artificial intelligence, clean energy, and water treatment. The exhibition also featured projects on advanced control systems, automation, and smart applications in industry and energy, along with smart power systems, power quality, and the Internet of Things (IoT).

In addition, students presented solutions based on intelligent systems, artificial intelligence, healthcare applications, renewable energy, thermal and renewable energy systems, advanced materials, robotics, and energy harvesting, demonstrating strong alignment with sustainable development goals and labor market needs.

Dr. Hessa Jassim Al-Junaid, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Shaikha Haifa bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Dean of the College of Engineering, honored the students who achieved first place in the various disciplines.
