University Team Secures Third Place at Arab IoT & AI Challenge

The University of Bahrain team, Headset-Free Location-Based AR Experience, achieved third place in the University Track of the Arab IoT & AI Challenge, held on October 15, 2024, in Dubai, UAE. The team comprised Mohamed Sami Alashkar and Dana Dalol, who distinguished themselves among strong regional competition. The challenge witnessed the participation of 40 innovative projects across three tracks, highlighting the team’s achievement and the university’s commitment to fostering innovation in emerging technologies.
