UOB Partners with National Health Council to Advance Medical Education

The University of Bahrain actively contributes to the Bahrain Council for Health Studies and Specialties, established by Royal Decree in 2022. UOB participates in developing national strategies and regulatory frameworks for medical, nursing, and allied health education. This collaboration strengthens national quality assurance systems, supports evidence-based health workforce policies aligned with WHO standards, and advances Bahrain’s progress toward Sustainable Development Goals for health and partnerships through enhanced cooperation between higher education and health authorities.
