UOB Staff and Students Explore the “Power of LinkedIn”

University of Bahrain staff and students participated on Monday, October 6, 2025, in a virtual lecture titled “Unlock the Power of LinkedIn”, organized by the Unit for Teaching Excellence and Leadership at the University.

The session was presented by Khaled El-Ahmad, a LinkedIn strategist, who discussed how to create professional online profiles, apply for jobs, and connect with recruiters. He also explained how users can follow companies, track new job opportunities, and showcase their skills, experience, and qualifications effectively on the platform.

El-Ahmad encouraged participants to create active and professional LinkedIn accounts and to make the most of the platform’s tools to build and advance their career paths.

Participants also learned about the importance of LinkedIn in developing professional networks that connect job seekers with employers worldwide, helping them access the career opportunities they aspire to achieve.
