UOB Students Employ AI to Produce Pioneering Business Projects
Students at the University of Bahrain utilized artificial intelligence tools to generate creative ideas for pioneering business projects. This took place during a workshop titled “Entrepreneurship: From Idea to Launch,” organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs as part of the “Future Leaders Preparation Program” for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The workshop presenter, Dr. Raala Mohamed, Assistant Professor in the Management and Marketing Department, outlined the concept of entrepreneurship and AI’s role in idea generation. She also detailed the steps for developing an idea into a testable model, skills for presenting and marketing projects, along with the fundamentals of digital marketing for projects using AI tools to support marketing plans.
The participating students engaged in practical steps by employing AI technologies to generate ideas for diverse, pioneering projects that are feasible within the Kingdom of Bahrain. The students also used AI to design proposed models for these projects.
The Future Leaders Preparation Program aims to nurture an aware generation capable of contributing to the nation’s progress by organizing a series of specialized workshops in various administrative and leadership skills.
