UOB Students Gain Strategic Insights from Entrepreneurs’ Real-World Experience

Business students at the University of Bahrain gained key insights into the challenges entrepreneurs face and the strategies used to overcome them.

The Department of Management and Marketing at the College of Business Administration hosted a panel discussion titled “Issues × Strategies: An Entrepreneur’s Journey”.

The session featured Ms. Aida Almudaifa, Founder and CEO of Early Riser, and Ms. Amal Sand, Founder of Kyan Jewelry, who shared their practical experiences, insights into strategic decision-making, and lessons learned from their entrepreneurial journeys. The session was moderated by Dr. Hessa Al-Fadhel and Dr. Mayasa Alsowaidi, Assistant Professors at UOB, fostering active discussion and student engagement.

Tailored for students enrolled in the Entrepreneurial Strategy and Contemporary Issues in Entrepreneurship courses, the event provided valuable real-world perspectives to complement their academic studies.
