UOB Students Win First Place in TRA Hackathon (.bh)

A team of students from the University of Bahrain secured first place in the Hackathon (.bh), organized by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA). The winning team, comprised of Taha Fadel Abduljabbar and Ali Alaa Al Sadadi from the Department of Computer Science, developed a project aimed at promoting the concept of global acceptance of websites through the creation of an innovative educational platform.
The website features content that simplifies the concept of global acceptance for university students. It also incorporates several AI-powered tools, most notably a code analyzer that assists developers in enhancing the compatibility of their websites, and an advanced chatbot powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology, capable of accurately and effectively answering queries related to global acceptance principles.
