World Cultures at the University of Bahrain

Public relations students from the University of Bahrain’s Department of Media, Tourism, and Arts brought the world to campus with their “Global Village” exhibition, as part of the International Public Relations course requirements.
The exhibition is an innovative project that aligns with the cultural openness in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It provides students with practical experience in intercultural communication skills, which had previously been taught only theoretically in past semesters. The project aims to train students in building international and diplomatic relations with diverse cultures in Bahrain, allowing them to practice speaking different languages and explore new cultures.
Through interactive displays, the projects celebrated the rich heritage of Mexico, Greece, France, Turkey, China, India, and Italy.
